Your responsibilities

Handle a broad range of commercial law and litigation matters.
Advise clients on insolvency, distribution law, post-M&A disputes and liability issues.
Manage and contribute to complex legal files.
Provide pragmatic and commercially minded legal advice.
Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and market trends.

Ideal profile

Master of Laws from a Belgian university.
2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Law and Litigation.
A pragmatic mindset and the ability to translate complex legal matters into practical solutions.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and excellent English.
