Your duties and responsibilities?
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, ICT, data, and IP agreements (licensing, development, e-commerce, distribution, partnerships).
- Support due diligence projects and contribute to structuring innovative business models.
- Advise clients on IP monetisation and data/technology-driven transactions.
- Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and innovative companies to build long-term legal solutions.
Ideal profile?
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial, IT, IP, or data law (at a law firm or in-house).
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
- Master of Laws degree with strong academic record.
