Your responsibilities

Advise domestic and international clients on complex dispute resolution matters across a variety of industries
Assist clients on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including high-stakes and complex cases
Work on matters involving international sanctions and related regulatory issues
Take increasing ownership of files and interact directly with clients and other stakeholders
Contribute to strategic case preparation, legal research and the development of innovative legal solutions
Collaborate closely with experienced lawyers while taking an active role within a highly driven team
Depending on your interests, contribute to legal publications and/or academic initiatives

Ideal Profile

3–7 years of relevant experience in Dispute Resolution, Restructuring & Insolvency and/or International Sanctions
Strong academic background, with excellent legal drafting and communication skills; fluency in French and English is a strong asset
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine interest in complex, high-profile matters and a desire to grow within a young and ambitious firm
