AP Accountant | Hospitality Sector

Our client is a well-established hospitality group in the heart of Brussels and is looking for a detail-oriented AP professional to support its finance team.

You will join an international company operating premium properties in Brussels. The environment combines operational dynamism with structured financial processes, offering exposure to multi-entity accounting, audits, and hospitality standards in a central, accessible location.

AP Accountant | Your Role

Review, verify and process supplier invoices and expense reports
Match invoices with purchase orders and approved documentation
Follow up internally to ensure timely approvals and correct postings
Prepare and process payment runs and manual payments
Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely settlements
Reconcile AP subledger with the general ledger
Support month-end and year-end closings
Assist with audits, tax reporting and internal controls
Contribute to reporting, reconciliations and budget preparation
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards

AP Accountant | Your Profile

Experience: First experience (±1–3 years) in Accounts Payable or accounting
Languages: Fluent in English and French
Qualifications: Degree or training in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
