Accounting Manager | Walloon Brabant

As Accounting Manager, you will have a critical role across several international entities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for Belgium and Poland, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance.
• Lead and mentor two senior accountants, providing both strategic direction and operational support.
• Supervise monthly closings, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and consolidation under IFRS.
• Manage the ERP system (NetSuite) implementation and optimize accounting and tax processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth audits and statutory compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments (legal, sales, HR) to improve governance, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, transfer pricing, R&D incentives, and intercompany processes.

• Experience: 7+ years in accounting or financial control roles, ideally in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
• Qualifications: Certified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, IEC or equivalent), familiar with IFRS and BE GAAP.
