Are you this type of Windows Engineer ? Project: full migration to Windows 11, Teams Voice integration, and infrastructure optimization.

The CPAS of Forest plays a vital role in fighting poverty and promoting social inclusion. Behind these essential missions is a modern and evolving IT infrastructure that supports day-to-day operations and drives digital transformation.

To strengthen the internal IT team and support key technical initiatives—including a full migration to Windows 11, Teams Voice integration, and infrastructure optimization—we’re looking for a Senior System Engineer ready to make an impact in a meaningful public service environment.

Your main tasks include:

  • Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (AD, RDS, Certification Authority).
  • Manage and evolve virtual infrastructure (VMware ESXi, vCenter) and SAN storage systems.
  • Monitor and improve backup and disaster recovery with VEEAM.
  • Lead technical aspects of the Teams Voice telephony migration project.
  • Deploy, secure, and improve services in Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Manage endpoints with Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Oversee and secure LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on documentation, process improvements, and technical recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose meaningful improvements.

Profile

You are a highly autonomous, pragmatic, and versatile IT professional with proven, hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies. Your expertise includes advanced administration of Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Certification Authority.

You have strong command of virtualization platforms, particularly VMware ESXi and vCenter, as well as Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You are proficient in managing device deployments with Intune and Autopilot, and in leveraging the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for streamlined rollouts.

You bring solid intermediate-level skills in Teams Voice, VEEAM backup solutions, Docker, MS SQL Server, and SAN infrastructure. Your network knowledge is advanced, particularly in managing LAN/WAN setups, firewalls, and VPN configurations. This well-rounded technical foundation makes you a valuable asset for managing and evolving complex IT infrastructures.
