One of our partners in the consulting sector, located in the Brussels, is looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to support its strong and ongoing growth.
This international business advisory firm is known for its entrepreneurial mindset and expert team. By offering tailored services to each client, the company has built a solid reputation and is now looking to strengthen its HR team with someone who can drive recruitment forward with both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
Role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal employees, permanent consultants, and freelancers
- Develop and enhance the company’s employer branding to attract high-caliber talent
- Act as a Business Partner, working closely with different departments to understand and meet hiring needs
- Lead and implement various HR initiatives and events aimed at strengthening talent acquisition and company culture such as Campus Recruitment
- Be a strategic support to the HR Manager for all HR Administration
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- You’re analytical, proactive, and capable of quickly identifying and responding to business needs
- You’re fluent in Frencha and Dutch, and build trust easily through clear and engaging communication
- You’re independent, efficient, and hands-on, with a strong interest in contributing to long-term company growth
