Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities

Leading full-cycle recruitment for fee-earner and business services roles
Advising Partners and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and market positioning
Driving direct sourcing, talent mapping and pipeline development
Developing and executing the local employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy
Ensuring data reporting, compliance and optimisation of recruitment processes

Ideal Profile

Significant recruitment experience within an international or professional services environment
Strong expertise in direct sourcing and complex stakeholder management
Excellent command of English and Dutch, French being an asset
Solid understanding of Belgian employment legislation
