Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for fee-earner and business services roles
- Advising Partners and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and market positioning
- Driving direct sourcing, talent mapping and pipeline development
- Developing and executing the local employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy
- Ensuring data reporting, compliance and optimisation of recruitment processes
Ideal Profile
- Significant recruitment experience within an international or professional services environment
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and complex stakeholder management
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, French being an asset
- Solid understanding of Belgian employment legislation
