Support Engineer - About the job
- Serve as the main contact for internal ICT questions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and identification documents.
- Deploy and configure hardware and IT equipment.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems and servers.
- Support new IT system rollouts, testing, and upgrades.
- Suggest improvements and adopt emerging technologies.
Support Engineer - About you
- Motivated, solution-oriented ICT professional.
- Strong in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (2016–2022).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
- Basic understanding of networking and API Management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint.
- Works independently and collaborates well in teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
