One of our partners – an innovative, international company active in the development of data centers – is looking for their next HR Business Partner.
This strategic and well-rounded role is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the HR field, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
HRBP | Function
- Be the primary HR point of contact for employees in Belgium and across Europe
- Manage the onboarding process and support new hires during their first months
- Maintain regular touchpoints with managers to support team development
- Drive the performance review process and participate in transversal HR projects
- Be willing to travel internationally when required
HR BP | Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
- Professional proficiency in English (any additional language is a strong asset)
