Senior Support Engineer – Role Overview
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
- Provide high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments.
- Proactively monitor systems, identify risks, and implement improvements.
- Support and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Document solutions, procedures, and best practices to strengthen knowledge sharing.
Senior Support Engineer – Who You Are
- Experienced IT professional with a strong troubleshooting and customer-focused mindset.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016–2022, Microsoft 365).
- Strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and backup solutions (e.g. Veeam).
- Able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch;
