Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. Our Finance practice in Brussels has deep expertise across accounting, audit, tax and financial services. We are now strengthening our Banking vertical and looking for a Senior Recruiter with sector expertise to own it.

Your Mission

You develop and manage a portfolio of banking and financial institution clients, while building a strong network of specialist banking talent. You are the go-to expert for banking recruitment in Brussels.

Develop and manage a client portfolio of banks, financial institutions and insurance companies
Run end-to-end recruitment processes for banking profiles: risk, compliance, credit, treasury, private banking, operations
Source and attract specialist banking talent at all seniority levels
Advise clients on market trends, regulatory impacts on hiring and salary benchmarks
Proactively prospect and open new mandates within the financial sector

Your Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services recruitment, agency-side preferred
Strong knowledge of the Belgian banking landscape and its key players
Existing network in banking/finance is a significant advantage
Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree minimum
Commercially driven, rigorous and credible in front of senior banking stakeholders
