Your responsabilities

• Advise tech start-ups and scale-ups on complex commercial and regulatory matters

• Draft and review key legal documents such as partnership agreements, terms of use, licence agreements, SLAs, and privacy policies

• Assist clients in negotiating agreements and resolving disputes with customers, suppliers, and business partners

• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering their professional development

• Contribute to business development initiatives through networking, workshops, and thought leadership activities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including tax, accounting, strategy, and consulting professionals

Ideal profile

• Lawyer, in-house counsel, or legal consultant with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in business or commercial law

• Belgian law degree with strong academic results (an advanced degree is a plus)

• Excellent command of Dutch and English
