Your responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise clients on EU and Belgian regulatory frameworks in financial services and insurance
- Work on licensing, outsourcing, MiFID, IDD, AML, ESG and other hot topics
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects and lead client relationships
- Support strategic transactional and structuring mandates for regulated entities
- Contribute to thought leadership, regulatory updates and business development
Ideal Profile
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in financial services, insurance or FinTech regulation
- You are comfortable managing complex regulatory files and cross-border coordination
- You are fluent in Dutch and English or French, with solid knowledge of the third language
- You are passionate about the evolving legal landscape of finance, and excited to advise global clients
- You bring a pragmatic mindset and enjoy building lasting client relationships
