Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international companies on a wide range of employment law matters.
Work on matters relating to international employment, service agreements, collective employment law and collective redundancies.
Represent clients in employment and labour law litigation.
Advise companies throughout restructurings and employment law-related procedures.
Work closely with other teams within the firm on multidisciplinary matters.

Ideal profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in Employment Law, ideally gained within a law firm.
You hold a Master’s degree in Belgian Law; an additional specialisation is a strong asset.
You are fluent in French, as well as English and Dutch in a professional context.
You have excellent drafting skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
