Your responsibilities
- Advise companies, entrepreneurs and organisations on Employment and Social Law matters.
- Independently manage your own cases and provide direct advice to clients.
- Handle Employment and Social Law matters from both an advisory and contentious perspective.
- Contribute to the further development of the Employment & Social Law practice within the firm.
- Develop your own client relationships and professional network.
- Work with the firm’s other departments to identify and develop Employment Law opportunities among existing clients.
- Contribute to strengthening the position of the Employment & Social Law practice both within and outside the firm.
Ideal profile
- You are a senior lawyer with minimum 6 years of experience.
- You have strong expertise in Employment and Social Law.
- You are comfortable managing matters independently and advising clients directly.
- You have ideally built your own professional network and client base over the years.
- You feel ready to take the next step towards partnership.
- You do not necessarily need to have a client portfolio capable of supporting a full practice from day one.
