Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of Corporate, M&A and investment matters.
- Work on high-quality and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners in a lean team structure.
- Take ownership of your work while maintaining direct client contact.
- Contribute to the firm's continued development through a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach.
Ideal Profile
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, preferably within a reputable law firm.
- You hold a Belgian Master of Laws and have a strong academic background.
- You are fluent in French and English and have a good command of Dutch.
