We are actively looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join our team and be part of our fast-growing adventure.

We are a Belgian recruitment cabinet offering specialized and tailor-made support to both companies and candidates. We created our agency in October 2019 because we were convinced that recruitment could be done differently. Resumes are often seen as a business these days, which is why we decided to prioritize a more human approach by putting candidates' careers and companies' situations at the heart of our interests. Our goal is to be a qualitative and trustworthy partner by maintaining close and long-term relationships with our candidates and partners.

At the beginning of our adventure, we fully focused ourselves on Finance but we quickly grew and extended our specialization to the IT, HR and Legal worlds. 7 years later, we are now more than 40 and we keep on expending our teams and overall areas of actions.

At Sander, we invest in people’s potential and we give everyone the tools to rapidly become hands-one and successful. As Recruitment Advisor, you will see yourself grow progressively. You will get on-the-field trainings based on your needs and ambitions as well as a tailor-made support and professional tips & tricks from your Manager.

Function:

As Recruitment Advisor, you will integrate our team and occupy a 360° position :

Be in charge of clients portfolio from A to Z (planification of meetings, follow-ups, negotiation, …)
Seek and develop new collaboration opportunities
Get in touch with potential candidates and accompany them throughout their entire search journey
Advise and support both clients and candidates in their selection and build long-term relationships/partnerships
Actively participate in contracts negotiation

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Economics
A first internship experience in a professional context is appreciated
You speak Dutch and/or French and you are fluent in English
You are known for being someone curious and eager to learn
You are motivated and driven by challenges. You have the start-up DNA!
You take ownership of your responsibilities and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Nothing stops you! You are resilient and you see every lesson as an opportunity to learn, grow and improve yourself
