Operations Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and delivery of key initiatives.
Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments.
Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, including Linux systems, virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions.
Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure operational compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.

Operations Manager - Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, System Engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
Proven experience in team management, people leadership, coaching, and operational coordination within complex environments.
Strong background in Linux-based infrastructures, networking, virtualization, cloud and/or on-premises environments.
Experience with incident management, service delivery, operational governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with fluent English.
