Your responsabilities
• Draft and prosecute European and/or Belgian patent applications
• Manage patent grant procedures and opposition proceedings
• Advise clients on patent strategy and the management of patent portfolios
• Interact closely with inventors, researchers, and innovation specialists
• Contribute to the protection and valorisation of clients’ intellectual property
Ideal profile
• Qualified European and/or Belgian Patent Attorney
• Experience in drafting patent applications and managing grant procedures
• Fluent in English with good command of Dutch and/or French
