Junior Network Engineer - The Job

Network Operations & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain 4G/5G and IP network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Cisco Systems Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls across the network.
Incident & Problem Management: Rapidly diagnose and resolve network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate network documentation and provide regular performance reports to management.
Continuous Improvement: Support network upgrades, optimizations, and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and security.

Junior Network Engineer - The Profile

Experience: Minimum 1 year in network support or operations, with strong expertise in 4G/5G, IP networking, and Cisco technologies. OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in an international, multi-site environment.
Certifications (optional but a plus): CCNA, CCNP, or other Cisco/networking certifications.
