Your responsibilities
- Assist clients on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters in a business law context
- Work on litigation and arbitration cases, including matters with cross-border elements
- Collaborate closely with partners and associates from different practice areas on significant national and international files
- Participate in negotiations and legal proceedings
- Draft legal analyses, procedural documents and client advice
- Build direct exposure to clients and other stakeholders while progressively taking ownership of your matters
Ideal profile
- Belgian Master of Laws with a strong academic background
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience as a lawyer within a litigation practice
- Native-level French and strong professional command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset
