Our Brussels IT team is looking for a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to step up: more autonomy, more strategy, and maybe even a team lead track if that’s what you’re aiming for.

Your day-to-day:

Manage and develop your own IT client portfolio (developers, engineers, CTOs… you know the drill)
Find, engage, and coach top tech candidates from sourcing to placement
Take the lead on your market niche, you’ll be the go-to person
Mentor junior recruiters if you’re up for it (and grow into a leadership role)
Help shape our IT strategy with your experience and ideas

Who we’re looking for:

2 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT, but we’ll consider fast learners)
Someone who’s hungry for more: more ownership, more growth, more vision
Ambition to launch a new market, create your own team, open a new office, be a Team Leader,...
Bilingual French/English (Dutch is a plus)
Resilient, commercial-minded, and driven by results
Someone who wants to thrive in a high-paced, supportive and fun environment
