IT Officer - Your Role

Accounting software support: Provide first-line assistance with specialised accounting and financial applications, including tools such as Exact Online, Silverfin and other industry-specific platforms.
Troubleshooting & ticket management: Investigate technical issues, manage incoming requests and ensure efficient follow-up, involving external suppliers or specialists when needed.
Integrations & user guidance: Help colleagues navigate software integrations and digital processes, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions.
Microsoft environment: Handle user accounts, permissions and password resets through Microsoft Entra ID, alongside basic Microsoft 365 support.
Workplace & infrastructure support: Assist with laptop deployment, onboarding, Microsoft Intune, telephony and access management across multiple offices.
Knowledge sharing & continuous improvement: Document recurring issues, share solutions with the team and contribute to a smoother, more efficient IT support experience.

IT Officer - Your Profile

IT background: A bachelor's degree in IT or initial experience in IT support, combined with a strong motivation to learn. An interest in accounting or finance is a major plus, but previous accounting experience is not required.
Technical foundations: Basic knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, with the curiosity to develop your expertise further.
Customer-oriented mindset: You enjoy helping people, listening to their needs and explaining technical concepts in an accessible way.
Structured problem-solver: You know how to prioritise requests, manage tickets and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
Professional & discreet: You handle sensitive information responsibly and understand the importance of confidentiality in a financial environment.
Language skills: Fluent in Dutch, with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
