IT Administrator - What's the job about ?
- Provide first and second-line IT support by managing user requests, incidents, and technical issues from identification to resolution.
- Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and workplace equipment while ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across different IT environments.
- Perform daily system administration activities, including basic server, infrastructure, and endpoint management tasks.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation while improving knowledge-sharing processes.
- Escalate complex technical issues to infrastructure teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
IT Administrator - Who are you ?
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace infrastructure within a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office solutions.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, VPN solutions, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with Apple environments (macOS, iPadOS, iOS) and enterprise device management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and professional proficiency in French and English.
