Payroll Specialist | Function
- Ensure the correct and timely processing of the end-to-end payroll process for over 200 employees across several countries
- Work closely with HRBPs and external lawyers to ensure a smooth and seamless exit experience
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
- Participate in projects to improve HR processes
Payroll Specialist | Profile
- 5 to 10 years of payroll processing experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Good knowledge of social legislation and an open-minded attitude
