Your responsibilities

Represent clients in institutional and ad hoc international arbitration proceedings.
Handle recognition, enforcement and annulment proceedings of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
Advise clients on complex disputes involving construction, commercial contracts, M&A and international law.
Draft procedural documents and develop litigation and arbitration strategies.
Collaborate closely with an experienced international arbitration team on cross-border matters.

Ideal Profile

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Dispute Resolution, with a strong interest in International Arbitration.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with excellent academic results; an LL.M. from an English-speaking university is a strong asset.
You are a native French speaker with an outstanding command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
You combine excellent legal reasoning with a proactive, client-oriented and collaborative mindset.
