Information Security Officer - The Role

Strengthen the security framework by developing and improving information security policies, procedures and internal controls.
Manage risks and compliance by identifying vulnerabilities, assessing security risks and supporting remediation plans.
Drive governance initiatives related to security standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Support security awareness by promoting a strong security culture across the organisation.
Monitor and report on security performance, preparing recommendations and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Grow into a leadership role by progressively taking ownership of security initiatives and contributing to the organisation's long-term security strategy.

Information Security Officer - The Profile

Experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk or security governance.
Good understanding of security frameworks and standards, ideally including ISO 27001.
Knowledge of risk assessments, compliance, policies and security controls.
Ability to translate technical security topics into clear, practical recommendations for different stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and the ambition to grow professionally and take on more responsibility.
Fluency in English, with French and/or Dutch considered an asset.
