One of our partners, a key player in the mobility sector, is looking for an HR Officer to join their Belgian subsidiary, based in Brussels.
As part of this European group, you will contribute to the success of one of the leading mobility solutions providers, a company focused on technology and digitalization to deliver ever more efficient services. As the HR Officer for the Belgian office, you will report directly to the French HR team and take on a 360° HR role, acting as the key contact for both managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
In this multifaceted position, you will manage both operational HR (hard HR) and strategic HR (soft HR), implementing HR processes and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Role
• Payroll & Compensation: Ensure accurate payroll execution in collaboration with the social secretariat and manage employee benefits for approximately 50 employees.
• People Management: Oversee all aspects of personnel administration and internal communication to foster a strong company culture.
• Soft HR: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR topics and lead key HR initiatives, including training plans, performance management, and employee development.
Profile
• Education & Experience: Degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a European structure.
• Languages: Strong communication skills with fluency in English, French and Dutch.
• Expertise: Solid knowledge of labor law and social legislation, with hands-on experience in payroll and compensation & benefits management.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet, with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible mindset.
