Role

Business & Functional Analysis : Analyze client needs, convert them into precise specifications, and align all parties, from business to tech.
Project Lifecycle Involvement: Engage in key project phases—from workshops and use case definition to development support and test validation.
Process Optimization: Identify and propose improvements driven by user input and system insights to boost operational efficiency and usability.
Stakeholders Collaboration : Serve as a central point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, and project leads.

Profile

You speak Dutch, French and English fluently and work seamlessly in a multicultural environment.
You have 2-5 years of experience in a functional/business analyst role, preferably in the logistics, supply chain or entreprise software solutions sector.
Demonstrated expertise in capturing requirements, producing comprehensive documentation, and guiding end-users – you can alternate between business and technical language comfortably.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
Tools & Methodologies: BPMN, UML, Jira/Confluence, ERP/WMS systems, and Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with API definition, functional testing, and regression testing.
