Finance & Administrative Manager | Family atmosphere
We are looking for a Finance & Admin Manager for one of our clients active in the food & beverageindustry and located on the west side of Flemish Brabant.

Our partner is looking for its future Finance & Administrative Manager to play a central role in the business. Reporting directly to the owners, you will be the key person responsible for all finance and accounting matters. Beyond finance, you will lead a small team, oversee HR tasks and manage operational activities.
Function:
- Supervise the accountant
- Oversee all finance and tax accounting activities, including invoicing, VAT, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closings

Profile:
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management Sciences
- At least 6 years of experience as Finance Manager or in polyvalent accounting roles in a SME environment
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- You are analytical and enjoy understanding complex situations
- You are trustworthy, helpful and take initiative
