Your responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial technology contracts, including IP, licensing, AI, software development, managed services, SLAs, etc.
Advise clients on AI, GDPR, data and emerging digital regulations, and support them with their implementation.
Coach junior lawyers and actively contribute to the further development of the Technology & Data team.
Build long-term client relationships and develop pragmatic, tailored strategies.
Actively contribute to the continued growth and positioning of the practice.

Your profile

You have at least 7 years of experience in Technology, IT & Data Law.
You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law; an LL.M. in IP/ICT Law is a strong asset.
You have extensive expertise in IT contracts, GDPR, AI and data law.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
