Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian companies, international groups, start-ups and scale-ups on a broad range of employment and HR matters.
Assist clients with restructurings, reorganisations, collective redundancies and negotiations with employee representatives.
Advise on remuneration structures, incentive plans and retention mechanisms.
Handle international employment and cross-border workforce matters.
Support clients during social inspections and in the context of collective disputes.
Represent clients before employment courts and manage employment litigation.
Work on matters involving emerging employment law topics, including the impact of artificial intelligence on employment relationships, pay transparency and flexible working arrangements.

Ideale profile

Belgian-qualified lawyer with 5 to 8 years of experience in employment law.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, with a professional working knowledge of French.
Strong analytical and drafting skills combined with a pragmatic approach.
Entrepreneurial, autonomous and client-oriented mindset.
