Your responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, licensing, development, partnership, e-commerce and service agreements.
- Advise clients on commercial practices, distribution law, unfair trade practices and consumer protection.
- Assist clients with IP monetisation and commercialisation projects.
- Contribute to due diligence processes and projects involving innovative and technology-driven companies.
- Advise on trademarks, copyright, IT, data and cybersecurity matters.
- Independently manage projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
About you
- You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law with strong academic results.
- You have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a law firm.
- You have strong experience in commercial contracting, including agency, distribution or other intermediary arrangements.
- Experience in IP and/or IT law is a strong asset.
- You are autonomous, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership of matters and client relationships.
