• Actively prospect new clients via cold calling, LinkedIn and networking
• Identify decision-makers and pitch Sander with conviction
• Manage a full B2B cycle : discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing
• Nurture client relationships through rigorous follow-up
• Hunt the best profiles through direct approach and sourcing
• Conduct qualification interviews and assess candidate fit
• Present candidates, manage feedback and steer offer negotiations
• Accompany candidates all the way through to signed contract

• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B role : sales, business development or account management
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Results-driven, resilient and motivated by commissions
• Fluent in French & English
• Based in Belgium (mandatory)
