Your responsibilities

Monitor and challenge monthly business performance, including revenue, margins, operating costs and marketing expenses
Analyse profitability by customer, product line and activity, identifying trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to monthly closings, budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with the accounting team
Prepare and present monthly management reports, financial statements and insightful performance analyses
Support commercial and marketing teams with the financial follow-up of investments, advertising and promotional activities
Evaluate investment projects and CAPEX, providing financial insights to support decision-making
Develop financial models and conduct ad hoc financial and business analyses
Contribute to process improvements, reporting and financial control initiatives
Support and mentor junior members of the finance team

Ideal Profile

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, financial analysis or a related field, ideally with a strong accounting foundation; audit experience is a plus
Languages: Fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
