Your duties and responsibilities?

Advise clients on a wide range of IP matters, including contentious and transactional work.
Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and litigation documents.
Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas (competition, corporate, trade, etc.).
Provide practical and strategic legal solutions to both Belgian and international clients.
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through client engagement and knowledge sharing.

Ideal profile?

1–3 years in IP law within an international or top-tier Belgian law firm.
Excellent command of Dutch, English, and French. Additional languages are a plus.
Belgian-qualified lawyer with strong academic background.
