Your responsibilities
- Advising clients on individual and collective employment law matters
- Handling employment litigation and dispute resolution
- Supporting clients on pensions and employee benefits issues
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Contributing to client relationship development and team growth
Ideal Profile
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Employment Law (law firm or in-house)
- Law degree with strong academic results; additional qualifications are a plus
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
- Client-focused, pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset
