Your responsibilities

Advise clients on Belgian and cross border M&A transactions
Draft and negotiate transaction documentation and corporate agreements
Assist on private equity, joint ventures, restructurings and governance matters
Work closely with international teams on multi jurisdictional deals
Support clients throughout all stages of complex corporate transactions

Ideal Profile

Belgian Master of Law with strong academic results
2 to 5 years of Corporate / M&A experience in a leading law firm
Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
