AP Accountant | Manufacturing | Walloon Brabant
We are actively looking for an AP Accountant for one of our clients active in the manufacturing of equipment and located in Walloon Brabant.

As AP Accountant, you will join a team composed of 4 collaborators and managed by an approachable and easy-going Team leader that communicates in a light, humorous way, which makes interactions smooth and relaxed. He is available, open-minded, and highly competent in his role.

Function:
- Process and record all types of invoices in the accounting system, including PO and payments
- Verify invoices for proper documentation, approvals and payment terms
- Monitor AP status, including overdue, missing or unpaid invoices
- Manage vendor relationships by handling inquiries
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- At least 4 years of experience in AP Accounting
- You speak French and you have a professional level in English
- You respect ways of working while remaining flexible and collaborative
- Highly autonomous, you are able to take ownership of your tasks quickly from the start
- You are known for being someone very rigorous, detail-oriented and reliable in execution
