Your responsibilities

Advise clients on Belgian and international tax matters.
Work on M&A, private equity, financing and corporate restructuring transactions.
Assist clients with tax disputes and proceedings before the tax authorities.
Work closely with the Corporate, Finance, Regulatory and Dispute Resolution teams.
Contribute to complex cross-border projects for an international client base.

Ideal profile

You have 1 to 4 years of experience in Tax Law.
You hold a Master’s degree in Belgian Law, ideally complemented by an additional degree in Tax Law or international academic experience.
You are French-speaking (or fully bilingual in French and Dutch) and have excellent command of English and Dutch.
You have strong analytical and drafting skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
You are curious, entrepreneurial and enjoy working in an international environment.
