Support Associate - What's the job about

Provide support to company clients using trading and investment platforms
Assist customers with financial and investment-related requests such as portfolio access, transaction issues, account management, and trading operations
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to trading systems, applications, and digital tools
Ensure timely handling of tickets while respecting SLA requirements and escalation processes
Collaborate with IT, operations, and financial teams to ensure smooth platform performance
Support clients in understanding platform features and investment-related functionalities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and customer experience

Support Associate - Who are you

Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
Education in IT or Finance
Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investment products
Experience in IT support, customer service, or technical assistance is a plus
Good understanding of ticketing systems and IT environments : Windows/Linux, Office365 etc.
Ability to handle sensitive financial queries with professionalism and accuracy
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Customer-oriented, proactive, and stress-resistant personality
