One of our partners – an innovative, international company active in the development of data centers – is looking for their next HR Business Partner.

This strategic and well-rounded role is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the HR field, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

HRBP | Function

Be the primary HR point of contact for employees in Belgium and across Europe
Manage the onboarding process and support new hires during their first months
Maintain regular touchpoints with managers to support team development
Drive the performance review process and participate in transversal HR projects
Be willing to travel internationally when required

HR BP | Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
Professional proficiency in English (any additional language is a strong asset)
