Splunk & Dynatrace Specialist
Are you the Monitoring Specialist needed to drive a strategic migration toward Dynatrace in a complex enterprise environment ?
A large-scale organization operates a mature monitoring and alerting platform built on:
- Splunk Enterprise
- Splunk Enterprise Security
- Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI)
In parallel, Dynatrace is currently used for troubleshooting purposes.
To strengthen the monitoring team, we are looking for a Senior Monitoring Expert with strong Dynatrace expertise and solid experience with Splunk.
The role includes both operational responsibilities and a strategic contribution to a potential migration from Splunk to Dynatrace.
Role
- Support and optimize the existing monitoring & alerting platform
- Define and implement monitoring requirements
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and reporting
- Contribute to monitoring strategy and best practices
- Perform troubleshooting and operational monitoring activities
- Document monitoring processes and configurations
- Support the transition from Splunk to Dynatrace
Profile
5+ years of experience in monitoring tools (Dynatrace and/or Splunk)
Proven experience with:
- Monitoring implementation
- Alerting & dashboard creation
- Monitoring documentation
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace or Splunk
Ability to work autonomously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Fluent in French or Dutch
Nice-to-Have Skills (optional)
- Certification in Dynatrace or Splunk
- Fluent in the second national language (FR/NL)
- Experience with Dynatrace troubleshooting & operations
- Experience defining and implementing monitoring requirements in Dynatrace
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience monitoring virtual infrastructures:
- VMware (SDDC, vCenter)
- vRealize Log Insight (VRLI)
- vRealize Network Insight (VRNI)
