Step into a Senior Associate / Managing Associate position with responsibility for supervising and developing more junior lawyers

Role

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Advise on complex technology, data protection, cybersecurity, AI, telecoms and digital regulatory matters
Structure, draft and negotiate sophisticated IT, sourcing, technology and digital agreements
Support technology-driven transactions, strategic projects and contentious matters
Work directly with clients’ legal, IT, security and operational teams on business-critical issues
Coordinate international matters and supervise junior team members while becoming a trusted point of contact for clients

Profile

Ideal Profile

You have solid TMT, Data or Technology Law experience within a sophisticated legal environment and are ready to take on a Senior Associate or Managing Associate role with team supervision responsibilities
You have outstanding English; French and/or Dutch are considered an advantage rather than a requirement
You hold a European law degree and are registered with, or eligible to register with, the Belgian Bar, combining strong technical expertise with curiosity, pragmatism and a genuine interest in technolo

€10,000 – €12,500 gross/month, depending on seniority and experience, plus a performance-driven bonus
