We’re a fast-growing recruitment scale-up (founded in 2019), with offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Paris - and a strong focus on entrepreneurship, ownership, and real career progression.


Your mission:

  • Managing and growing your own portfolio of IT clients from scale-ups to big names
  • Sourcing, engaging and placing top-tier tech profiles (developers, engineers, architects, etc.)
  • Becoming a true expert in your niche: someone your clients and candidates rely on
  • Collaborating on the commercial strategy of the team, your ideas matter
  • Coaching junior consultants (if you want to) and preparing to build your own team
  • Helping shape the future of our IT division, not just following it

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT, but other sectors are welcome too)
  • A strong commercial mindset and real drive to grow your own business unit
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English (bonus points for all three)
  • Resilient, energetic, and ready to take ownership
  • Someone who’s not just looking for “the next job” but the next level
