Your responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Advise clients on EU and Belgian regulatory frameworks in financial services and insurance
Work on licensing, outsourcing, MiFID, IDD, AML, ESG and other hot topics
Coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects and lead client relationships
Support strategic transactional and structuring mandates for regulated entities
Contribute to thought leadership, regulatory updates and business development

Ideal Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in financial services, insurance or FinTech regulation
You are comfortable managing complex regulatory files and cross-border coordination
You are fluent in Dutch and English or French, with solid knowledge of the third language
You are passionate about the evolving legal landscape of finance, and excited to advise global clients
You bring a pragmatic mindset and enjoy building lasting client relationships
