Security Manager - The Job

GRC Strategy: Drive the organisation's governance, risk and compliance framework, from risk identification to mitigation and reporting.
Security & Certifications: Manage compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and other relevant security and resilience frameworks.
Regulatory Compliance: Translate European regulations such as NIS2, CER and GDPR into actionable policies, controls and processes.
Privacy Management: Coordinate GDPR compliance, DPIAs, privacy assessments and support the DPO in data protection governance.
ESG & Corporate Governance: Develop ESG governance processes, monitor commitments and coordinate reporting activities.
Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, challenge existing practices and continuously improve GRC tools and processes.

Security Manager - The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in GRC, compliance, risk management or auditing.
Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management or another relevant discipline.
Solid understanding of information security governance, GDPR, ISO standards, NIS2 and CER.
Hands-on experience with GRC platforms, risk frameworks and internal control systems.
Native-level Dutch or French, professional proficiency in the other national language and excellent English.
Strong communicator with an international mindset, able to influence stakeholders and manage complex topics with confidence.
