Sander isn’t your typical recruitment company. We launched in 2019 with one goal: to shake up the way people approach sales, recruitment, and career growth. Today, we're growing fast in Belgium and France, and we’re looking for someone just as hungry in our Antwerp office.

What will you be doing?

Cold calling, LinkedIn hunting, emailing, networking: no script here, just smart prospecting and energy
Build your own client portfolio from scratch (like an entrepreneur, minus the lonely garage and ramen)
Become the go-to person for both clients and candidates: trusted, sharp, and on top of your game
Own the full recruitment process: from first call to signed contract
Be part of a close-knit team that works hard, celebrates harder, and never takes itself too seriously

What are we looking for?

A bachelor’s degree, no matter in what, we care more about your drive than your major
Native Dutch speaker, with solid skills in French or English (both is a win)
Someone commercial, resilient, and not afraid of rejection or picking up the phone
Ambition that’s bigger than just “a job”: you want to grow, lead, evolve
And most importantly: a down-to-earth, no-nonsense team player ready to go all-in
